
Meghalaya CM Urges Youth to Solve Problems Using Science & Tech
On the occasion of National Science Day 2025, Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma emphasized the importance of science and technology in tackling real-world problems and urged the youth to take an active role in driving innovation. Speaking at the event, he highlighted the need for investing in young minds, supporting innovations, and increasing prize money for competitions.

He highlighted the state’s efforts in this regard, including initiatives such as the Meghalaya Government’s Music, Games, and Music Programme (MGMP), which has provided support of ₹18 crore to 3,000 artists.
