Yet I’ve been fortunate to do diverse work that has reached different audiences.”
Ishaan made his acting debut with Majid Majidi’s ‘Beyond the Clouds’ in 2018, playing the role of Amir. The film, which premiered at the 75th Venice International Film Festival, received critical acclaim and established Ishaan as a promising new talent. Two years later, he starred alongside Janhvi Kapoor in ‘Dhadak’, a romantic drama directed by Shashank Khaitan. The film, a remake of the Marathi hit ‘Sairat’, was a commercial success and cemented Ishaan’s status as a leading man in Bollywood.
In 2022, Ishaan appeared in ‘Phone Bhoot’, a horror-comedy alongside Katrina Kaif and Siddhant Chaturvedi.
