“We believe that Ramadan is a time for spiritual reflection, self-introspection, and charitable activities. Our aim is to promote the spirit of brotherhood and unity among all individuals, regardless of their faith, caste, or creed,” DC Shavan said.
The attendees were treated to a sumptuous iftaar spread, featuring a variety of traditional dishes and refreshments. The event also witnessed a range of cultural performances, including traditional Kashmiri music and dance, folk songs, and poetry recitation.
The Iftaar party was attended by a cross-section of society, including officials from the District Administration, Army, Police, CRPF, and local residents. The event provided a platform for the attendees to come together, share meals, and engage in meaningful conversations.
“The Iftaar party was a wonderful initiative by the District Administration.
