
All Schools, Colleges to Remain Shut on April 21 in J&K’s Ramban

The DC also appealed to parents to ensure that their children are kept indoors and not allowed to venture out during the day. “We urge parents to take necessary precautions to ensure their children’s safety and not to send them to school on April 21,” the DC said.
