Serial Rapist Whose Death Penalty Was Cancelled Rapes & Kills 11-year-old in MP
In a shocking and heinous crime, a 40-year-old man who had previously spent 10 years in jail for raping a five-year-old girl and had received the death penalty for raping an eight-year-old girl, allegedly committed a similar crime, this time murdering an 11-year-old hearing- and speech-impaired girl in Madhya Pradesh. The accused, Ramesh, had managed to escape after the crime and went to the Kumbh Mela, but was eventually caught and is now facing the music for his gruesome act.
The incident occurred in a village in Morena district, where the 11-year-old girl was found dead with severe injuries on her body. The police launched an investigation and gathered evidence, which led them to Ramesh, who had a previous criminal record. Ramesh was arrested and taken into custody after a thorough interrogation.
According to the police, Ramesh had committed the crime on January 25, when the 11-year-old girl was playing outside her house. He had allegedly taken her to a secluded spot and committed the heinous crime, leaving her lifeless body behind. The police were called in after the girl’s body was found, and an investigation was launched to identify the perpetrator.
It was later discovered that Ramesh had previously spent 10 years in jail for raping a five-year-old girl in 2003. He was released from jail after serving his sentence and had allegedly committed another rape case in 2014, for which he received the death penalty. However, the death penalty was later cancelled, and Ramesh was released from jail again.
The latest crime has sent shockwaves across the country, with many questioning how someone with such a heinous criminal record was able to escape justice and commit another crime. The case highlights the need for stricter laws and better implementation of existing ones to protect children from such predators.
The police have registered a case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and are investigating the matter further. Ramesh has been charged with murder and rape and is currently in police custody.
The incident has also sparked outrage on social media, with many calling for stricter punishment for such crimes. “How can someone with such a criminal record be released from jail and allowed to commit another crime?” asked one user on Twitter. “The system has failed us again,” added another.
The crime has also raised questions about the safety of children in the country. “What is the government doing to ensure the safety of our children?” asked a parent on Facebook. “How can we let such monsters roam free and harm our children?”
The case is a grim reminder of the need for stronger laws and better enforcement to protect children from sexual predators. It is also a reminder that the justice system needs to be more effective in punishing such criminals and preventing them from committing more crimes.
