In a recent interview, Balan spoke out about her experience at Tesla, as well as her feelings about Elon Musk. “I started this lawsuit to prove my innocence and…how vindictive this monster is,” she said. “He’s pure evil. He’s a master manipulator. He’s a bully.”
Balan’s allegations against Musk are not the first of their kind. In recent years, several former Tesla employees have come forward with similar claims of mistreatment and retaliation. In 2020, a former Tesla engineer filed a lawsuit against the company, alleging that he was fired after reporting a serious safety issue with the company’s battery technology.
